Boots was all energy today, I think the warm weather is agreeing with her.

So she was super hyped about running ful speed at every trotting pole and flying over them!

I was during this trying to count her steps… did not work out so well.

Never the less Boots managed to get over everything and I managed to get 4 steps in before every jump, so it was all good.

I had a make-up lesson on Boots today, was such a great ride!

I managed to do a canter 3 loop serpentine perfectly! I feel super proud.

Did a lot of cantering over trotting poles today and even though Boots got extremely exited, I managed to keep a cool head and just let her go.

It was a perfect lesson on a perfect horse.

Today I rode Boots, she was as always a bit unwilling to start but after a couple of minutes she was all energy (the crop helped).

Pam had me do some balance work, sitting trot, rising trot without stirrups. They went well.

I also did a 3 loop serpentine over trotting poles which was much better than my usual 3 loop serpentine.

I did a loop through x which was a tad crooked but worked out none the less.

And I learned how to do a left and right leg yield.  This was difficult!

I did it over trotting poles while trotting and found this way easier than doing it walking.

Today was a fun lesson and I feel very proud.

Thanks Pam.
